We specialize in premium hats and Western headwear, including stylish cowboy hats and everyday hats designed for comfort, durability, and timeless style.
Q2. How do I place an order and pay?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite hats to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout.
We accept secure payments through:

All transactions are processed securely in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Q3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Yes! We proudly offer FREE Shipping on all eligible orders within the United States.
Q5. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
Shipping Time: 4–6 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 Business Days
Q7. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes.
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
We ship using trusted carriers including DHL Express and FedEx.
Returns & Refunds
Q8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the returned item meets our return eligibility requirements.
We also accept exchanges for eligible products.
Q9. Who pays for return shipping?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, style, or color, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.
Q10. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No.
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Once your returned item has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
